#Katana tease upgrade
Only noteworthy upgrade is 1095 through hardened Carbon Steel Blade and adorned brass Habaki. I consider myself very nit picky so be warned. As a novice, I will only point out aesthetic details. Everything I know about katanas is through you guys and a couple of youtube videos. Hello! This is my first time holding/seeing a katana in real life. In the end it's a pretty light and well balanced blade. I do see the wood in one spot, but the hishigami wrap should fix it. This one had the battle wrap and its very comfortable. Ito has one loose cross, but the rest is reasonably tight.

Saya is just a standard mass produced one so it has a bit of rattle at the bottom. The tsuba and other fittings are nice but not as crisp as they could be (for this price it's fine). Habaki sits tightly and came off after applying some force. The nakago is overall nicely shaped, but at hamachi and munemachi it gets narrower than the rest of the nakago (most swords in this price range have that so far I know). The edge is a bit rough, but this isn't a deal breaker. The bohi has some rippels and doesn't terminate at the same point. The blade has a nice taper and their standard polish with minor rippling. This one is a 1060 blade with alloy Tsuba and fittings, standard saya, inlaid same, no hishigami and with bohi. Since I have 2 swords I will start with the most basic one. Well I got the swords in and finally got a close look at them as well as some swings.
